YDU Leads Fun at CUSD Spring Family Summit

On Saturday, April 5th, Youth Development United ran a variety of fun physical activities at Chester Upland School District’s Spring Family Summit. The event took place at the STEM Academy, and brought the opportunity for families to engage with many local organizations, enjoy student performances and dine together for breakfast and lunch.

During open play time inside the gym, YDU coaches connected with eager kids - many familiar faces who participate in our Soccer for Success after-school program or our in-school sports clubs that operate in partnership with the school district.

As a result of our dedication and commitment during Summits and all year long, YDU has been gratefully honored with the CUSD Community Partnership Award for two consecutive years.
