Mitzvah Circle Partnership Brings Diapers and More to Chester

Mitzvah Circle is a Norristown-based organization that serves families walking along life’s edge by providing over 100 products including clothing, diapers, new strollers and car seats, toiletries, household items and other necessities.

Norristown is more than 20 miles from Chester, but Chester families benefit from Mitzvah Circle’s outreach thanks to a partnership with Youth Development United and its sister organization, Chester Upland Youth Soccer, that began in July 2021.

Ms. Yolanda Jackson, pictured to the right wearing a face mask, is a beloved Soccer for Success Site Director for Chester Upland Youth Soccer. Once a month, Ms. Jackson and/or her husband Bryan Parr make a run to Norristown to pick up donations of diapers, wipes, feminine products and other essentials, and help distribute them to Chester families.

The good people at Mitzvah Circle always do their best to fulfill to the additional requests that Ms. Jackson brings from the community.
